胡水生，男，汉族，江西瑞金人，硕士研究生导师，副教授，2019年获福州大学医学博士学位，主要研究方向为疾病早期诊断。2018年4月至2021年4月于香港理工大学应用生物与化学科技系进行访学与博士后研究；主持省级、市厅级及横向等项目5项。
